Due to increasing usage of the Iris platform we are scheduling system maintenance to replace a critical infrastructure component, in order to increase the performance as well as availability of the Iris platform and services.
As such, no downtime is expected during the replacement nor will any data be lost, but data updates will be temporarily delayed. However, due to the critical nature of the component being replaced, we reserve the right to expand the downtime expectancy to the full extent of the maintenance window, if needed.
