We will be collaborating with our mobile network partner to conduct a planned maintenance event on the network. We have applied efforts to ensure that the maintenance will have as little impact on your IoT services as possible.

Approximately 15% of Trackunit cellular-enabled devices might experience 10 minutes of delayed data during the maintenance window. Some Trackunit ME501 devices are subject to extended data delays.

No additional actions needed and there is no additional risk of data loss.
