We have completed the maintenance window and are currently verifying all components are behaving as normal.

There is a small data delay which will be parsed in 30 minute.

Update

First phase of maintenance window has been completed.
You can now expect Classic manager and classic access control to be back online.

There will be intermittent issues until we complete the second phase of maintenance window.
We are currently working to verify all services are returning to normal.

For legacy devices you can expect data delays for the next couple of hours.

Scheduled maintenance of the classic platform is currently in progress.
You should expect the following impact to Trackunit services.

Trackunit Classic:
- Unavailable during the first 4 hours of the maintenance window.
- Expect intermittent connection issues and data delays during the final 4 hours.
- Telematics data may be unavailable throughout the window, with potential data loss.
- Scheduled reports will be delayed during the entire period.

Classic Access Management:
- Unavailable for updates (add/edit/delete keys) during the first 4 hours.
Note: Devices will still function with pre-configured keys.
- Expect delays in key management operations during the final 4 hours.

Trackunit Manager & Classic User Management:
- User updates (add/remove/edit) will be unavailable during the entire maintenance window.
- Creation and deletion of Trackunit IRIS manager, and Trackunit classic accounts will not work during the initial 4 hours of the window, and be intermittent in the last 4 hours.

Trackunit IRIS:
- Significant data delays expected for legacy hardware (pre-TU600) throughout the window.
- Intermittent data delays may occur for TU600 and newer devices.

Maintenance Window Impact:

Trackunit Classic:
